BTS, SEVENTEEN, 2PM Hailed As Best K-Pop Boy Groups in July Brand Rankings

Demonstrating their incredible influence and popularity, BTS, SEVENTEEN and 2PM are starting the month off on the right foot by being the leading male idol groups in July!

From bagging numerous appearances to making new musical recordings left and right, BTS, SEVENTEEN and 2PM are really in the spotlight as they dominate the brand rankings for the month of July.

Recently, the Korean Business Research Institute revealed the list of the current best boy groups in the industry.

The ranking provided by the organization is based on several factors such as consumer participation, media, communication and community indexes. Notably, the institution pulled a total of 57,652,745 data among existing K-Pop boy groups from June 10 to July 10.

AN AMAZING REIGN

Showcasing their immense popularity, popular boy group BTS, consisting of members RM, Suga, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, once again topped the roster. In particular, they obtained a brand reputation index of 14,995,148.

Firmly holding their place, BTS have never left the top of the charts for 38 straight months, proving that they are indeed powerful and remarkable artists.

High ranking phrases included in the group’s keyword analysis include “Billboard”, “Butter” and “Hot 100”. Words such as “liberation”, “recording” and “breakthrough” also appeared in the list as some of BTS’s top ranked related terms.

OTHER TOP 10 INFLUENCE GROUPS

The powerful group SEVENTEEN and the veteran of the 2PM field are impressive in the second and third places. Demonstrating unbeatable presence and artistry, SEVENTEEN achieved a Brand Reputation Index of 4,226,613, while 2PM achieved an Admirable Reputation Index of 3,557,369.

Meanwhile, the phenomenal boy band EXO and the multinational group NCT proved their talent by securing the precious fourth and fifth places. In addition, SF9, Stray Kids, MONSTA X, SHINee and TXT placed sixth to tenth respectively.
